Behind The Scenes As Daniel Goddard Bids Goodbye To Christel Khalil

Lily’s serving out her sentence for killing Hilary in a prison far away from Genoa City on The Young and the Restless. But before she went away, Daniel Goddard, who plays Lily’s TV husband Cane, captured a final moment between the two that you can now see!

Goddard took to Instagram and shared a video he took of Christel Khalil, who was wearing Lily’s prison blues on the Y&R set. The actor said he shot it after Khalil’s last scene as Lily.

The Emmy-winning Khalil protested that she wasn’t camera-ready when Goddard whipped out his phone to record their interaction, but we happen to think she looks great!

As Y&R viewers know, Lily was sentenced to a year in prison for her role in the death of a pregnant Hilary (Mishael Morgan).

And, recently, Neil (Kristoff St. John) moved to a residence closer to the far away prison that Lily was recently transferred to for her own safety.
