The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR): Neither Side Will Budge On the Lawsuit!

The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Thursday, June 8 focus on Juliet’s lawsuit, as Jordan wonders whoever gave Juliet the idea to sue. Also, Victoria digs in her heels, and Lily grills Cane about what really happened in Tokyo.

I Don’t Know What You Did Last Sweeps Period
After hemming and hawing and using any distraction as an excuse not to tell Victoria exactly what happened between him and Juliet (Laur Allen) in Japan, Cane moved on to pulling the wool over Lily’s (Christel Khalil) eyes.

Except Lily might not be as trusting – or as gullible. While she wants to believe her husband’s version of things – especially now that it looks like her kids will be applying to college about a decade sooner than she expected; she can’t afford to be a single mom.

Lily can’t help but wonder if something did happen in Tokyo that Juliet might have… misinterpreted?

You know how silly women get around Cane (Daniel Goddard). They can’t help being attracted to him and, next thing you know, everything starts to sound like a come on. Juliet must have misunderstood Cane’s professional interest as personal. Right?

Right???

Most CEOs would throw money at the problem and make it go away. But not Victoria.

Settling would mean an admission of guilt. And, like a certain namesake dad, Victoria never admits to having done anything wrong. And that includes her employee’s actions.

Michael (Christian LeBlanc) tries to help her come up with a defense strategy, but will Victoria prove to be her own worst enemy?

Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) doesn’t think the lawsuit is a smart move, and he wonders who in the world gave Juliet such bad advice. Hilary (Mishael Morgan) wouldn’t know, would she?

And it’s not like GC Buzz stands to benefit….
