The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Thursday, February 1 are all about offering a helping hand, as Devon decides he has something to contribute to the Mariah and Tessa situation, Phyllis turns to J.T. for assistance, and Lily and Cane decide whether or not they need further help.
Mansplaining For Women
Devon (Bryton James) used to date Mariah (Camryn Grimes). Devon is now Tessa’s (Cait Fairbanks) boss. Devon knows that Tessa and Mariah shared a kiss, and that Mariah fancied herself in love with Tessa.
Devon realizes that Mariah is super not enthused about having to work with Tessa, now that Devon has partnered up with Hilary (Mishael Morgan) again.
So Devon has decided that he’s going to step in and fix the situation for the two little ladies. Because they can’t be expected to handle such complicated issues all by their lonesome!

A Little Help From My Friends
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) has a problem.
And she’s decided that J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) is the man to help her fix it. Sure, J.T. is currently back together with Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and Phyllis is living with Billy (Jason Thompson).
But why should that be a problem? They’re all adults here.
