Y&R Spoilers: Will Chloe Let Adam Escape?

With Adam’s escape from prison, Dylan faces a quandary about what to do. Should he look the other way? Or should he hunt Adam and Chelsea down? New The Young and the Restless spoilers show Dylan wrestling with this impossibly difficult decision.

Clearing His Name
Adam’s (Justin Hartley) best chance at keeping his family and freedom is Dylan (Steve Burton), and that could end up being bad for the detective. While he could return to Genoa City and clear his name, prison did such a number on Adam’s psyche, it doesn’t seem like a move he’ll be willing to make.

Dylan clearly feels a strong pull to uphold the law, but his family’s desires also weigh heavily on him. His mom and her husband obviously helped Adam escape, so his capture could also end up implicating his own family members, which poses a problem for him.

Family and Freedom
Nick (Joshua Morrow) is correct that right now, Dylan is the only thing standing between Adam and his family and freedom. Nick’s fighting for his brother, and he’s trying to get Dylan to turn a blind eye so that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam get a happily every after.

Of course, Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) may have something to say about Adam escaping considering she still holds a vendetta against him due to Delia. While it looks like Dylan may be convinced give up the chase, Chloe could end up causing problems and keeping Adam from becoming a fugitive. She certainly doesn’t look like a woman who lets things go.
