The Young and the Restless announced the homecoming of beloved police chief Paul and notorious villain JT. They’re both set to arrive soon, and we think they will be arriving together!
Rumor has it Paul’s (Doug Davidson) notable absence may have a bombshell explanation. Yes, he was away for way too long, but it was not for nothing. The grapevine teases he was out of town on a secret mission to find and apprehend a very much alive JT!
The Chief knows how to track someone down. He was the go-to PI back in the day and has a lot of tricks up his sleeve (some of which he could never use on record). The second the cops realized JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) body was missing he could have left town someone needed to track it (or the living JT) down. Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) was too busy wooing Sharon (Sharon Case) to get on that case, so Paul picked up the slack.
So far, JT has not left very many clues. If he had, you bet Victor would have found them already. But, the Newman powerhouse also despised JT whereas Paul knows him well. If anyone could figure out JT’s plans, it would be Chief Williams!
With the women on trial for JT’s murder, the clock is ticking. Finding JT and bringing him back alive will take a miracle. If Paul is chasing him down, he better act fast.
It is the perfect scenario. Well, unless you are the DA. Poor Christine’s entire case will be foiled if Paul shows up with JT in cuffs. All her efforts will be for nothing if the women never murdered anyone at all. In fact, she will have to drop her case and prosecute JT for all his crimes instead!
