The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What Are Nikki And Nick Really Up To?

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, September 19, 2019, reveal something fishy going on with the Newman family. The mission to take down Adam is starting to feel very, very suspicious. So, what’s really going on here?

A Suspicious “Death”

News of Victor’s (Eric Braeden) death spreads like wildfire through Genoa City and everyone is in shock. How could this be? Sure, he was sick but no one saw this coming. It just doesn’t feel real…and there might be a reason for that.

In the upcoming episode, it will become increasingly clear the Newmans have a scheme up their sleeves. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) are relentlessly blaming Adam (and rightfully so) but they have no proof — or do they? They’re pulling out all the stops and sounding all the alarms.

Nikki calls in the big guns and Paul comes running. He puts Rey on the case and they open up an investigation into Victor’s ‘death’ by the end of the day. Meanwhile, Nick visits his mother and they agree that ‘it’ (whatever ‘it’ is) has started.

Who’s In the Game?

This begs the question of who all is involved in whatever they are doing? Is it just Nick, Nikki, and Victor or are all the Newmans on board? Victoria (Amelia Heinle) fell apart when she heard about her dad. Was the real or was it an act?

What about the rest of the Newman women. Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Summer (Hunter King)? It looked like the news hit them hard, but did it? Are they just playing along too?

Is Nate (Sean Dominic) also deep in the take-down plan? Probably. Chances are he sounded the alarms and gave Victor a heads up when those tests came in. If the doc is involved, maybe Paul (Doug Davidson) and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) are as well. It certainly will take a village.

And then there’s Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). She knew about his poisonous endeavor and even tried to talk him out of it. Did she say something to the Newmans? Talk about a great way to get back into Nick’s good graces.

Where In the World Is Victor Newman?

If Victor is alive and this is all a scheme, where is he hiding? Did he leave the country for more treatment? Is he hiding out at someone’s house right in Genoa City? He could very well be right in the sprawling ranch right under everyone’s noses.

One thing is for sure, they best keep him out of sight so Adam (Mark Grossman) doesn’t catch him and blow his possible secret scam wide open. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
