Your The Young and the Restless spoilers weekly update for May 25-29, 2020, is here! Catch up on what you missed, get a sneak peek at what’s ahead, and find out how you can get involved in the soap opera community!

Y&R Weekly Recap

We saw number of thrilling highs and heartbreaking lows on The Young and the Restless this week, and the one ahead promises some curves of its own! Everything started with Neil’s first-ever arrival in Genoa City, and the start of his love story with Drucilla.

After a brief fast-forward, we were also introduced to Malcolm, who had tracked his brother down to prove his worth and ask for redemption.

Another pivotal moment soon followed that one, with Devon facing a murder charge, making peace with his past, and then being officially adopted by the Winters family. We’ve already had an emotional ride, and it’s only just beginning! Here are the spoilers!

Y&R Weekly Teasers

Tensions rise as Isabella and Christine take steps to settle some unfinished business, dredging up old issues in the process. Old issues also take the forefront of Kevin’s mind, as his revenge plot takes a dangerous – and potentially deadly – turn for the worst.

The same could easily be said of Lauren, too, when she becomes the target of a complicated plot… and comes face to face with an imposter.

The Young and the Restless’s History

Y&R made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades’ worth of storylines has kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

From Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) family machinations, to Paul Williams’ (Doug Davidson) heroism, to the adorable love story of Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Lola (Sasha Calle), Y&R knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting, and soap operas are shrinking.

Bringing the Drama

Y&R is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), Days of our Lives (DAYS), and The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B). Y&R airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for air times.
