The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Vicky Walks Away From Victor!

Being the most powerful man in Genoa City isn’t easy. Breaking The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal it can even be heartbreaking at times.

The Mustache Is All About Family?!
Victor (Eric Braeden) will never win a father of the year award, but his time in prison has him reevaluating his relationship with his kids. He’s showing his appreciation by sending his eldest children on a holiday (or at least tried to), and is working towards freeing Adam (Justin Hartley).

In his mind, everything Victor does is for the sake of his children, whether they want to believe him or not. He may not go about everything in the best way but he always does what he thinks is right. He even went to some great extremes to keep them out of harm’s way.

It’s too bad things aren’t going as well as he was hoping. Despite his good intentions, Victor is facing the consequences of his actions. His family did right by him during his appeal but that seems to be as far as his kids’ obligation goes.

Vicky Walks Away!
Over the last year, Victor has found out the hard way that his family isn’t always going to be by his side. In fact, all of his children can have a rather vindictive streak when he takes things too far. Their love, like his, isn’t unconditional.

His sale of her company Brash & Sassy was a stab to the heart, and he’s lucky she can even look him in the face. Luckily, Jill’s (Jess Walton) given her a second chance with her pet project, and she’s taking it.
 
She’s leaving her father and his company behind to pursue her dreams. She’ll no longer be his lapdog or a reason for his terrible behavior. Vicky’s ready to cut ties and make her own path in life.
