Breaking The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal things could get ugly during the Abbott divorce.

Phyllis Wants to Try Again
First, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is nowhere close to being ready to let go. She’s still holding out hope Jack will give her a second chance, and she’s ready to fight for her man! Phyllis still loves Jack (Peter Bergman) and can’t imagine her life without him.

Billy (Jason Thompson) may have been a great boy toy, but there’s no way she wants a serious relationship with him. She’s calling off the affair once and for all and taking serious steps to rekindle her romance with The Golden Boy. However, being with an adulterous woman like Phyllis is the last thing Jack wants.

Jack Demands A Divorce!
Jack’s knows his marriage is over, and he can’t even look at his wife without disgust. The only regret he has is falling for her a second time. He should have remembered who she was and run the other way! He’s ready to bring on the lawyers and get their marriage dissolved as swiftly as possible.

There’s No Prenup!
Unfortunately, this brings us to the second problem! Untangling their union may be harder than he thinks. The couple doesn’t have a prenup, which means Phyllis could try to take Jack for all he’s worth. Without a large chunk of Abbott money, she won’t be living the high life.

Will Phyllis Take Jack For EVERYTHING?!
Phyllis can claim all she wants that she’s not about the money, but when push comes to shove, she could be singing a different tune. After marrying Jack, then Nick (Joshua Morrow), then Jack again she has a taste for the finer things in life. When she realizes there’s a chance to keep her bank account plump, she may just go after a huge cash payout!
