The Young and the Restless spoilers for April 13-17, 2020, reveal a mother’s desperate attempt to bring peace to her fractured family, a nascent romance heating up, and much more.
In an attempt to mend the rift between father and daughter, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) requests that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) set aside her wounded pride and have a frank heart-to-heart Victor (Eric Braeden).
But Victoria isn’t interested. In fact, she’s sick and tired of having her undying loyalty be rewarded with such outright contempt. Nikki reveals that she shares Victoria’s frustrations with how Victor allowed the CEO position to be usurped by Adam (Mark Grossman) but she is sure that there is a reasonable explanation.
Victoria, however, disagrees with that opinion and insists that she is through with her father. Later, she relays the recent changes to Nicholas, who is incensed that Adam has somehow negated himself into a seat of power.
Nate (Sean Dominic) and Amanda’s (Mishael Morgan) first date takes place at Society and the evening goes off without a single hitch. In fact, by the time the dinner plates have been cleared, both the legal eagle and the dedicated physician have shared quite the heartfelt kiss!
In other Genoa City news, Jack (Peter Bergman) is one of the many who rally around Sharon (Sharon Case) to offer her comfort while Lily (Christel Khalil) and Billy (Jason Thompson) continue to navigate their partnership.
Elsewhere, Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) plot their next move – and it had better be a brilliant one. Spoilers warn that not only does Victor finally come clean to Nikki about the recent goings-on, but he also takes back (some form of) control.
Finally, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis’s (Michelle Stafford) excursion takes a surprising turn while Summer (Hunter King) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) put a plan into motion. The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
