Grab your tissues soapies! “The Young and the Restless spoilers” reveals hearts will break during the upcoming episode when Dr. Neville packs his bags and leaves Genoa City.

Neville Says Goodbye!
Without the drug trial there’s nothing left in Genoa City for Neville (Michael E. Knight). Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan) accusations and manipulations have won, and Neville has lost everything he was working so hard to create. His desire to help his patients is still strong, but the FDA is on the case, and he may never practice medicine again.

With his head held high, he bids Ashley (Eileen Davidson) a final farewell. He’s onto a new adventure and is ready to start the next chapter in his life. As much as he loves being her lab partner, he doesn’t see a future for him in GC.

It’s with a heavy heart and after one last kiss that Ashley watches the doctor walk out of her life forever.

What About His Accuser?
Hilary’s got big plans for that little lab. With Neville out of the way, she wants to take the experiments to a whole new level. Hilary wants to hire a team of prestigious doctors to create new protocols, perfect old medications, even branch out to vitamins and herbal remedies.

Funding such a massive venture takes a lot of money, and she assumes her hubby will be willing to help. The jokes on her, however, when Devon (Bryton James) refuses to cut her a check! Hilary’s threats to steal his fortune still resonates strongly, and he’s not taking his eyes of his bank account.
