The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Lets Chelsea Go?!

Chelsea is cracking under the weight of Adam’s sentence and according to new “The Young and the Restless spoilers” the situation is about to get much worse.

Mama Knows Best?
Anita (Catherine Bach) can’t stand to see her daughter suffering. Chelsea is falling apart, and she can’t seem to make it better. Anita knows something has to give, and she has a good idea of what needs to happen.

There’s no indication Adam (Justin Hartley) will get out of jail anytime soon. The missing diary pages are gone (at least for now), Victor (Eric Braeden) won’t confess, and Chloe is (Elizabeth Hendrickson) still under the radar.

It looks like Adam’s 30-year punishment is going to hold up. Anita fears her daughter’s future will be filled with sadness if she continues to wait for him to get out of jail.

The Right Thing?
Chelsea’s mama goes to the prison and approaches Adam  with a plan to help her him. As much as it’s going to rip Chelsea’s heart out, she wants Adam to set his wife free.

Sadly, Anita’s argument makes sense. Adam’s incarceration isn’t fair for anyone, but can he really expect Chelsea to wait out the rest of her life alone? For her and Connor’s sake, it’s better if Adam lets her go and encourages her to move on with her life.

Does he have the strength to let her go? Fans want them to stay together forever. It’s a hard line to cross, and one Adam can’t bear to think about, but knows it could be necessary.
