The Young and the Restless Recap: Tuesday, June 26 – Big Shots, Bad Girls, and Burning Bridges

The Young and the Restless recap (YR) for Tuesday, June 26 features Victor’s health scandal, Summer’s hot shot attitude, and Billy’s dangerous decision making.

Billy Goes Big Time
It looks like Billy’s (Jason Thompson) winning streak is already going to his head as he bought a party yacht on the company dime.

He’s hoping the purchase will impress his staff, investors, and future party goers. He’s ready to live it up in the lap of luxury and it looks like Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) doesn’t have a single objection.

In fact, the news has her all excited and she runs home to prep for a night of playful fun fully equipped with dress up gear and a deck of cards for a little strip poker.

Little does she know the card game is what’s causing this sudden spending spree and she’s enabling her boyfriend.

A Startling Success
Speaking of getting disrobed, that’s exactly how Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Summer (Hunter King) celebrate their big victory.

Their first meeting to sell Billy on their plans started off rough with Kyle’s speech but turned into a smash hit when Summer took over. It turns out she’s a lot savvier than anyone ever gave her credit for.

Afterwards, the pair went to the top of the tower (which was closed) to have a little fun. They snuck in and got in their birthday suits for a midnight dip and were having the time of their lives until Mariah and Tessa came along.

An Awkward Encounter
Mariah and Tessa just finished a catching up dinner of their own when they realized Mariah (Camryn Grime) left her notebook at the rooftop bar.

The last thing they expected was to run into Kyle and Summer (especially sans clothes). While there was some talk of the night turning into a party, Summer ruined it all when she teased Mariah for having a crush on Tessa. Things turned sour fast and nearly got ugly.

A Disastrous Scandal
When it comes to disappointing days, Victor (Eric Braeden) had one heck of a stunner. His full medical records were leaked in a shocking expose leaving him, his family, and his company vulnerable.

While we still don’t know what’s happening, it looks like his illness is so bad his biggest corporate allies are dropping him like a hot potato!

To make matters worse, the family is also keeping their distance. He only has Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) by his side as his children (particularly Vicky) are nowhere to be found.
