The Young and the Restless Recap: Theo Hears Things And Assumes Things

The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, January 28, 2020, features complex women, as Nikki warned Nick off Sharon (for which time is it now?), Abby encouraged Chance to go out with Phyllis, and Theo learned something about Summer… and Kyle.

The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) attempted to pick up the slack with Sharon (Sharon Case), who didn’t want to be fussed over. She also didn’t want Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) help, telling her daughter that if you ask Nick for a sip of water, he gets the hose, and Sharon has no desire to deal with that level of concern right now.

At the same time, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) told her son to stay away from his ex-wife. Nick asks Nikki to take it easy on Sharon, without telling her why.

What About Phyllis?

Chance (Danny Boaz) was surprised when Abby (Melissa Ordway) encouraged him to go ahead and share a night out with Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), so he can see for himself what a basket case she is. Phyllis overheard Chance making a mysterious phone call and continued to flirt with him, as Abby made a frowny face.

Rerun Season

Summer (Hunter King) accused Theo (Tyler Johnson) of being into Lola (Sasha Calle), so he again accused her of being into Kyle (Michael Mealor).

Kyle convinced Lola to leave work early so they can hash out the issues in their marriage and the strain over Theo. She agreed, but then hears that Celeste (Eva LaRue) was in an accident, and Kyle said their talk can wait.

He returned to work where he and Summer decided it was the perfect time and place to discuss the “thing” that happened between them in San Francisco. Theo overheard… and drew his own conclusions.
