The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, February 21, 2020, features Vicky fighting for her life, Ripley getting a shock, and Billy proving his loyalty.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
It was a good thing there were doctors at the party. Nate (Sean Dominic) and Elena (Brytni Sarpy) jumped into action to save Victoria (Amelia Heinle). They treated her on the floor, stayed with her in the ambulance, and even rushed her into surgery. Will Nate finally do something right and actually save a patient?
The surgery went okay, but Victoria was placed into a medically-induced coma. Nate hoped it would give her the best chance at recovery. She has severe injuries to her liver and lungs and needs all the rest she can get.
The Search For Ripley Began
As luck would have it, the Chief of Police was at the shindig too so the investigation kicked off in seconds. First, Paul (Doug Davidson) blamed Billy (Jason Thompson), but Amanda (Mishael Morgan) put that to rest. She saw Ripley (Christian Keyes) first hand and saw the shock in his eyes. He did it and she was the intended target.
Billy: Go Away, Come Here
Billy made a mad dash for the hospital as soon as he was cleared but he was not welcome. Victor sent him away. If it wasn’t for Billy trying to cause problems, none of this would have happened.
Meanwhile, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) took Amanda back to her hotel and offered to stay the night. Amanda claimed to need some time alone and assured Red she would be safe with the officer outside her door. Only one of those things were true. She stopped wanting to be alone the second Billy came knocking on the door.
Unbreakable Bonds
Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Noah (Robert Adamson) spent some time bonding. She had no idea about his artwork. He told her she’s missed a lot, he also has a special someone. Sharon told him it’s time for him to head home and get back to his life. He refused. He’s here at least until she has her surgery. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS.
