The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, February 18 features a dramatic day in Genoa City! Four women are behind bars, another committed a heinous crime, and yet another lies unconscious in the hospital.
Every Woman For Herself
It’s Fab Four no more as the ladies worked to protect themselves. The walls have closed in and the damage is done. It was time for tears, lawyers, and dirty deals.
Sharon (Sharon Case) got smart and called in the big guns – Brittany Hodges. The tough-as-nails legal eagle sent Rey out of the room and got the goods on the detectives deceitful tactics.
Brittany (Lauren Woodland) wasted no time getting Sharon off the hook. Her client recanted, his illegal search evidence became inadmissible, and even his own version of events won’t count in court.
The Newman ladies made the mistake of sticking to their stories. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) had the daunting task of repping both ladies while knowing they were lying. He begged for the truth but they remained tight lipped.
Over in another interrogation, drama unfolded with Red going rogue. She offered up a full confession and some unseen evidence but only if Christine (Lauralee Bell) gave in to her demands.
Mistaken Identity
Meanwhile, Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) was real proud of herself for taking down the Newman Princess, but there was just one problem — she left her earring behind. Oh well, at least she got revenge on her ex’s fiance.
Mia was in for quite a shock when a perfectly put together Abby (Melissa Ordway) showed up at her door. Abby was just fine but Lola (Sasha Calle) is now fighting for her life. As the horror of the situation sunk in, Mia realized she made a grave mistake.
At the hospital, Lola’s friends and family gathered to hold vigil. She remained unconscious and Nate (Brooks Darnell) couldn’t promise any good news. Poor Kyle stayed by her bedside begging and praying for her to come around.
Are We Compatible?
Back at the GCAC, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Kerry (Alice Hunter) shared a romantic evening alone. They flirted, planned their future, and even took a couple’s quiz. They’re falling in love, but will it last?
