The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, April 1, 2021, isn’t fooling around when it introduces viewers to Moses Winters. Plus, Phyllis has a plan to get rid of Sally once and for all, Victoria wants to join forces, Ashland wants to break bread with Kyle, and Adam reaches out to Sharon – again.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) is just hanging around in her hospital room, still describing her injuries as due to a “car accident,” rather than “a car accident I stupidly and criminally caused,” when a complete stranger wanders up to her bed. Great security, GC! It’s Moses (Jacob Aaron Gaines), Neil’s (Kristoff St. John) son with Sophia.
He should be only turning 10 in October. It’s hard to tell how old he’s supposed to be here. Old enough to be living on his own and shadowing Nate (Sean Dominic) at the hospital, but young enough that he’s an obvious potential love interest for Faith. So anywhere between 13 (Lind’s actual age) and a college graduate. This should be interesting.
Sharon is visiting her daughter when she gets a text from Adam (Mark Grossman). Leave your sick kid and come help me! Sharon goes home to Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) instead. Where she lies about having heard from Adam.
Ashes to Ashes
Now that Adam is on the run, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) suggests Newman joins forces with Chance Comm to buy Ashland’s (Richard Burgi) company instead. Billy (Jason Thompson) thinks it’s a great idea. Lily (Christel Khalil) doesn’t want to get in bed with Victoria. She hopes Billy feels the same…
Meanwhile, Ashland wants to have lunch with Kyle (Michael Malor). Jack (Peter Bergman) and Summer (Hunter King) want him to run away and hide. Kyle suddenly decides he’s a man who can take care of his own problems.
Get Out of Town
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) asks Lauren (Tracey Bregman) to put Sally (Courtney Hope) to work in L.A. Lauren refuses and goes to Jack with Phyllis’s request. Jack asks Sally if there is something he needs to know about her. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
