The Young and the Restless Recap, Monday June 11th: Not-So-Subtle Hints and Battle Cries

The Young and the Restless recap (YR) for Monday, June 11th features Summer stepping out of bounds, Hilary losing steam, and Nikki fighting back!

The Problem With Summer
Both Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy had a hard time dealing with Summer’s new attitude.

Summer’s not a sweet innocent young lady. She’s a woman on the verge of destruction. Not only did she sleep with a married man, take on a robber, and steal a car while she was away, she also grew up.

Summer Crossed All The Lines
In fact, she seems to think Billy’s developing a crush on her and flirted with him the second she got him alone. Clad in a skimpy outfit, she accused Billy of constantly checking her out and told him point blank she felt the same way.

Thankfully, Billy kept his wits about him or that situation could have ended badly all the way around!

Hilary Had Regrets
Summer isn’t the only girl in town cramping a couple’s style. Having Shauna (Camryn Hamm) move in sounded like a good idea at the time but Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan) feeling the effects.

Sleeping in the same room as the teen was bad enough but having her ruin a romantic evening had Hilary second guessing her decision.

Victor Schooled Nikki
Meanwhile, the Newmans picked sides and prepared for war. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) did her best…continue reading on the next page —>

Meanwhile, the Newmans picked sides and prepared for war. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) did her best to talk sense into her husband but the tables were turned when he talked sense into her.

They’ve lost enough family in recent years and Victor (Eric Braeden) isn’t going to let one more member get lost in the shuffle – even if that mens losing her or anyone else.

Nick and Sharon Bonded Even More
At Sharon’s, she and Nick steadied themselves for what’s to come. They know exactly what Victor’s like and even agreed to stoop to his level if necessary.

Christian is Nick’s son and he and Sharon (who he now considers the child’s mom) need to fight tooth and nail to keep them out of The Mustache’s clutches.

Nikki Issued A Threat
Little did Nick know, Sharon’s already taken a page out of his father’s book, it’s just too bad her blackmail didn’t work.

Later in the day, Nikki came calling and put Sharon in her place. Sharon can threaten whatever she wants but if she follows through Nikki will make sure there’s hell to pay!
