The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, October 21, 2021, confirms that Lauren Fenmore Baldwin cannot let go of her anger at Sally Spectra…and Chloe Mitchell Fisher. Mariah Copeland, on the other hand, lets go of her pain over Dominic, while Adam Newman and Chelsea can’t let go of bitterness.

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) drops off some more breast milk for Dominic, but Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) shares that they’re switching to formula. Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) drops by and Mariah pours her heart out about how she wants to keep playing a part in the baby’s life.
Abby, Devon, and Mariah dub themselves “Team Dominic.” Yay! They’ll never have problems again! While the other two beam, Mariah looks troubled. She comes home to a sleeping Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and promises to tell her what she’s decided about their future…later.
Young and The Restless: On the Attack
Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) gives Sally (Courtney Hope) the head’s up that Lauren (Tracey Bregman) is on the warpath. Lauren pops up to confirm and lets loose on Sally with a diatribe that makes it sound like Sally killed Lauren’s husband, sons, and puppy dog, rather than simply give Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) a choice between the dress Lauren’s designer offered, and the one Sally presented her with.

After Lauren stormed off, Chloe wondered where she and her sister-in-law stood. Lauren accepts Chloe’s apology. What she did was just dumb. But Sally is evil and conniving and bad and redheaded, and Chloe should fire her!
Y&R Recap: Reach Out and Touch Someone
Devon also gives Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) some tips on co-parenting. (Because, at some point, he became an expert?) That falls apart the minute Adam calls Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and they get into yet another fight.
Sally stops by to vent about Lauren. Adam points out that Victoria made her own decision about her dress. Sally did nothing wrong. She won, and that’s why Lauren is in such a snit.
