The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, December 21, 2020, leans hard into the Christmas spirit, as Victoria wishes Billy – and Lily – the best, Kyle and Summer plan their own production of The Gift Of the Magi, and Faith’s new friend proposes something rather unfriendly activities.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Billy (Jason Thompson) talk Christmas plans with the kids. Billy accuses Victoria of not being pleased about his new relationship with Lily (Christel Khalil) – which mostly seems to be happening off-screen, so neither we nor Victoria, know exactly how serious it is.
Victoria insists she’s fine. She likes Lily. She just hopes Lily is prepared to be Billy’s caretaker since he definitely needs one of those. Billy claims Lily is up to the task. Oh, and he’s sorry about all the times he made Victoria be his keeper. Billy plans a romantic getaway for him and Lily on the Chancellor jet. They’re going to dinner… in New Orleans!

Then Victoria calls and tells him Johnny is worried Daddy won’t be home in time for Christmas. For the record, Johnny looks perfectly fine in the background. Billy assures him. He’s probably remembering his dream of felon Johnny. Lily says no to their trip.
Present Day
Summer (Hunter King) plans a special gift for Kyle (Michael Mealor)! Kyle plans a special gift for Summer! The gifts are connected! And they don’t even know it. Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) remembers Christmases past with Dina (Marla Adams).
Stealing Faith
Faith’s (Alyvia Alyn Lind) friend Jordan is so cool. She tells Faith she can be cool too… if Faith steals a bottle of vodka out from under Lola’s (Sasha Calle) nose. Doesn’t Faith want to be cool? Faith heads for the bar. Then Sharon (Sharon Case) and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) drop by! Faith flakes! The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
