The Young and the Restless Recap Friday July 12: Paul Knows What Killed Calvin!

The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, July 12, 2019 features an action-packed day in Genoa City. Adam accused Chelsea of murder as Paul revealed what killed her husband. Billy couldn’t stop thinking about Delia, Nikki told Victoria the latest on Victor’s condition, and Lola got a new roommate!

Pointing Fingers
Adam (Mark Grossman) suggested Paul (Doug Davidson) arrest Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) for Calvin’s death – she was the one who stood to benefit the most. Even Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) was surprised he could be so cold.

Earlier, Phyllis sparred with Christine (Lauralee Bell) about her stepping down as District Attorney because she knew she’d never win re-election. Adam told Phyllis he wanted to buy Christine’s replacement.

Chelsea complained to Nick (Joshua Morrow) about losing Conner to Adam, especially if she was in prison for killing Calvin. Paul stopped by to tell Chelsea and Nick that Calvin died of a massive heart attack. She was off the hook. But not with Adam….

Forget Me Not
Victor (Eric Braeden) caused a scene at Society, insisting they carry a brand of alcohol the bartender insisted they never have. Victoria (Aemlia Heinle) talked him down, and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) admitted Victor’s memory was deteriorating quickly.

Victoria also talked to Billy (Jason Thompson), who was freaked out after he saw Delia’s doll at Esther’s (Kate Linder). Billy had a hard time with all the memories and anger that Adam’s return – and Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) resurrection – had stirred up.

Mama Celeste
Lola (Sasha Calle) and Celeste (Eva LaRue) made up, and Lola assured her that she would always need her mother. Celeste announced she was moving in with Lola!

Kyle (Michael Mealor) assured Lola that they have the rest of their lives to be together, and hey, sneaking around will be hot! In the meantime, Celeste thought Lola and Kyle were rushing into marriage. Maybe they should wait a while….
