The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, July 15 is a series of accusations, as Billy Abbott puts Phyllis Summers to work figuring out the connection between Tara Locke and Sally Spectra, Amanda Sinclair wants to know if Lily Winters can help her dig up dirt on Sutton Ames, and Abby Chancellor and Tessa Porter squabble over who put more pressure on an AWOL Mariah Copeland.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Billy (Jason Thompson) saw Tara (Elizabeth Leiner) and Sally (Courtney Hope) engaged in a pretty intense conversation in a public park. He didn’t hear what they said, but he knows this could help the exposé he’s writing on Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi). Billy promised Lily (Christel Khalil) that he would be a good, honorable journalist.
So instead of pursuing his own source, he goes running to Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and tells her Phyllis and Sally may have hurt precious baby Summer Newman (Hunter King). Phyllis goes running to kill Tara with kindness. She does it very badly. Tara pretends to buy it. Phyllis pretends to buy her buying it.
Y&R Super Man
Amanda (Mishael Morgan) wondered if Lily (Christel Khalil) could point her to an investigative reporter who might help her with investigating Sutton (Jack Landron). Why settle for a professional, when Amanda could go to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)? Lily assures Amanda there is no one who is better than Victor at…anything.

Young and Restless: Who Can It Be Now?
Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) argue about who was breathing down Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) neck more, which caused her to take off, until Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) got the two women to realize Mariah would not like them fighting like that over her.
At the same time, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) is surprised to see Stitch Rayburn (Sean Carrigan), who tells her that he is thinking of moving back to Genoa City. He also mentions Mariah. And is super interested when Sharon says she doesn’t know where her daughter is – but she did send her a text. Stitch goes running straight to Abby.
