The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, November 3, 2020, helps distract worried viewers by showing Adam talking to a washed-out version of himself, Victor talking to a disinterested version of Chelsea, Nick pitting Victoria and Phyllis against each other, and Summer judging Faith’s new friend, Jordan.
Now that he’s run out of people willing to talk to him, Adam (Mark Grossman) is left with chatting to a specter of his childhood self, who warns Adam not to do what he is planning on. Mom wouldn’t like it!
Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) is chastising Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) for giving up on Adam. Chelsea has an offer for him: Chelsea will help Victor with his son if Victor will help Chelsea with hers. She wants to spend time with Johnny. Can he convince Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to make that happen? After all, Victor knows the pain of giving up your child and watching him grow up from afar…. (Good one, Chels!) She goes to see Adam.
Even Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) thinks Victoria is cutting off her nose to spite her face when she sets up The Grand Phoenix to lose money. Nick (Joshua Morrow) invites his sister and his girlfriend to sit down and talk out their differences.
He gets as far as getting them to work together to make more money for both. They’ll have a big party to wring more profit out of their guests! In the Newman family, that’s as close to getting along as anyone can hope to get. Phyllis calls Nick brilliant.
Summer (Hunter King), whose life choices have been downright bizarre lately, still thinks she is fit to judge Faith’s (Alyvia Alyn Lind) new friend. Summer thinks Jordan is too old and not a good influence on Faith. Older friends are bad! The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
