The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, February 19, 2020, features GC citizens lining up to praise Victor to the skies. And then waiting for him to nod his head in approval at their speech-making. So let’s get right to it, shall we?
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) loves Victor (Eric Braeden). Even though she married another man while pregnant with Victoria because she was convinced he didn’t love her. Also, she dressed up as a cleaning lady.
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) loves her daddy. Because he taught her to walk. And gave her a company to run.
Nick (Joshua Morrow) gave away his trust fund because he didn’t want to end up like his dad, and he fought his dad when Victor sued Nick for custody of Christian. Yeah, sure, he loves him, too.
Adam (Mark Grossman) loves Victor. He doesn’t, but when in Rome…Ashley (Eileen Davidson) aborted Victor’s baby then went crazy. She then stole his sperm to secretly conceive Abby. They’re great friends. She loves him. Abby (Melissa Ordway) wasn’t raised by Victor. She loves him anyway.
They’ve fought over women. They’ve fought over business. Kyle (Michael Mealor) was even originally named Christian and thought to be Victor’s. When Jack (Peter Bergman) got an episode to himself, it was reading a book Traci (Beth Maitland) wrote about Dina (Marla Adams), which somehow had stuff about Jack. He didn’t get a public tribute.
Turns out Paul (Doug Davidson) and Nikki had a son together before either of them met Victor. They were happier to meet him than their son.
For a while there, Billy (Jason Thompson) might have been Victor’s, too. So Jill (Jess Walton) loves Victor. “Yay,” Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) cheers.
Anytime Victor does anything bad now, it’s because his mommy and daddy left him at an orphanage. Did you know his Mommy and Daddy left him at an orphanage?
Victor accepts all his accolades. He deserves them. How clever of all you people to recognize that. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
