The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, September 29, 2020, features Kyle, Lola, Summer, and Theo all having different reactions to the official end of the youngest Abbott’s marriage, Nikki shaming Nicholas for not putting Victor first, and Victor telling Victoria to do the same. Plus, Phyllis has a request for Billy.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Lola’s (Sasha Calle) divorce is officially final. Summer (Hunter King) wants to pop open the champagne and celebrate the same way they celebrate all things – in bed. She gets snippy when he tells her he’ll hook up with her in a bit, he has something to do first.
She suspects he’s going to see Lola. And she’s right. Kyle tells Lola he wants to support her through the pain… that he caused. He really is a saint.
Theo (Tyler Johnson) first teases Summer about Kyle running off to his ex, then tells Lola it’s obvious she still loves Kyle. And she should fight to get him back. It’s not like Kyle is exactly known for his fidelity.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) wants Nick (Joshua Morrow) to support Victor (Eric Braeden), no matter what. When Nick can’t commit to defending his dad unconditionally, Nikki stomps off in a huff.
Victor wants Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to spy on Billy (Jason Thompson) and find out what he’s got planned for the Newmans. The future of their family is entirely in Victoria’s hands! No pressure. Oh, wait, what is he saying? He’s Victor. All the pressure, my sweetheart. Oh, and then he lays the same guilt trip on Nick.
Do It For Me
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) also wants Billy to pull back on his Newman expose. Not for Victor’s sake, but for Phyllis’s. She is happy with Nick and doesn’t want anything to upset that apple cart. She’s under the impression that Billy owes her. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
