The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, October 18 features Conner showing his true colors and Chelsea deciding there is only one way to fix that. Also, Devon tried to charm Amanda into giving him some answers, and Cane actually got answers.
The Young and the Restless Recap: The Demon Seed
Nick (Joshua Morrow) couldn’t find Christian and Connor (Judah McKay) claimed ignorance. However, when Nick did find him, Christian accused Connor of locking him in the garage. Connor admitted it — his cousin/half-brother was being whiny. He then pushed all of Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) buttons by boohooing that now she’s going to send him away, just like she did Adam (Mark Grossman).
Chelsea decided the only way to fix this situation is to bring Adam back to Genoa City. Nick convinced Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) to give them Adam’s whereabouts, and he vowed to go to Las Vegas and retrieve his brother. So…yay? Connor gets whatever he wants by terrorizing another kid. Awesome parenting, Chels!
Split Decision
Nate (Sean Dominic) told Elena (Brytni Sarpy) that Amanda (Mishael Morgan) isn’t as bad as she thinks, which made Elena angry. She claimed Amanda was a liar and horrible person… because she came to Genoa City and did her job to the best of her ability like she’s required to by law.

Devon (Bryton James), in the meantime, offered to introduce Amanda to the right people and give her many letters of recommendation… as long as she tells him who the “old jerk” she’s working for is. Devon was worried it’s Tucker. Amanda accused Devon of just wanting to get her out of town because Amanda looks like Hilary.

An unconscious Cane (Daniel Goddard) came to in a room devoid of anything… besides the alleged original version of Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) will. Well, that was easy. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
