The Young and the Restless Recap: Phyllis Knows A Secret

The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, December 13, 2019, features bad luck as Phyllis reminds Chance what she knows about him, Connor and Adam put the screws to Chelsea, and Billy finds someone new to whine to.

The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights

When Chance (Danny Boaz) wasn’t adequately sympathetic to Phyllis‘ (Michelle Stafford) tale of woe, she spun him another one. This one featured Chance and Adam in Las Vegas…with a duffle bag. And a gun. (It’s the Genoa City version of Clue!)

Chance pretended not to care about Phyllis’ potentially explosive information, but later told Abby (Melissa Ordway) that he can’t be her Chief of Security. He did ask her out on a date, though. So he’s not fleeing town… yet.

Connor Problems

Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) wanted to call Connor (Judah Mackey) on his lies about Sharon (Sharon Case) by admitting they’ve been lying to him. She and Adam (Mark Grossman) aren’t getting back together. Connor overheard and did the whining thing, complete with, oooh, the bad monster is going to get me. He cried until Chelsea promised not to move out.

She filled in Nick (Joshua Morrow), who wondered how long the two of them can live like this. Meanwhile, Adam ignored a call from Victor (Eric Braeden). When has that ever ended well?

Strangers In the Night

Billy (Jason Thompson) also had some whining to do, only his was about how he has no purpose, he can’t even build a dollhouse for Katie and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) has no time for him.

He and Victoria had sex, but then she needed to go back to work. So Billy looked up Amanda (Mishael Morgan) again and told her his sad story. Amanda didn’t share hers with him, though, because she’s keeping it a secret. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
