The Young and the Restless Recap: Cane’s In Big Trouble

The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, October 11 features Victor and Victoria coming to terms with his latest decision, Elena confiding in Nate, Jill and Devon disagreeing, and Cane finally finding Chance!

Billy (Jason Thompson) was happy for Victoria (Amelia Heinle) finally getting the top job at Newman Enterprises, but he was sorry she won’t be coming to Jabot with him.

Victoria called Billy to the park, where they watch the kids play and talk about what really matters in life. Their family is growing stronger every day! (And all those demons in Billy’s head are all gone now!)

Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) admitted to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that he always thought he’d leave Newman, feet first. He’s happy he dodged the bullet of handing the reins to Adam (Mark Grossman). Later, he called to cancel the tail following his prodigal son.

Going Nowhere Fast

Devon (Bryton James) announced he’d found out the statute of limitations has expired on overturning Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) will, so Chance can’t contest it. Well, that was a lot of nothing.

Amanda (Mishael Morgan) didn’t have any answers for him. Devon told Elena (Brytni Sarpy) if his grandmother really did want the money to go to someone else, then he should honor her wishes.

But when Jill (Jess Walton) suggested it might, in fact, have been Cane (Daniel Goddard), Devon didn’t want to hear it. Elena fretted to Nate (Sean Dominic) that Devon is obsessed with learning more about Amanda. He said it has nothing to do with how much she looks like Hilary…
