The Young and the Restless Recap: Billy Publishes His Story, GC Freaks

 Comments

The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, October 1, 2020, features Billy’s story about Adam being published. Lily freaks that he didn’t consult with her. Victor freaks that his mumbled threats did no good. Adam and Chelsea freak that anyone would dare make a list of the crimes he actually committed. Sharon and Nick freak that Faith will now know something she already knew.

The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights

Without listening to his partner – or his lawyer – Billy (Jason Thompson) pushes the ‘Publish Now’ button and sets Alyssa’s article about Adam (Mark Grossman) into the world. Lily (Christel Khalil) is so upset she can’t even stay in the same room with him. Amanda (Mishael Morgan) is so upset she actually forces him to defend himself. She threatens to quit. Billy insists everything will be fine.

Power Less

Victor (Eric Braeden) just cannot get it through his head that nobody is afraid of him anymore. Heck, he can’t even get Billy on the phone! Victor huffs and puffs and tries to blow the Chancellor Media house down, but he is literally impotent. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) tries to calm her husband down. They should go take a walk!

Victor doesn’t understand it. How dare anyone judge him for crimes he actually committed. He’s Victor Newman! You got that? Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) knows who he is. Which is why he has some questions for him. Official ones. Victor is happy to answer any questions Rey has – about arresting Billy for libel.

Like Father, Like Son

Adam is equally as upset. So he committed multiple crimes? Does that mean he deserves to be punished for them? Where’s the justice? Cry him a river. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is happy to. Oh, poor baby Adam…

Switched At Birth

Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) reads the article detailing how Adam kidnapped her at birth. She reminds us that she already knew all about it. Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) keep telling her not to be upset… thus making her more upset. No, sweetie, don’t be! Faith gets teasing text messages. Faith’s friends are teenage bullies. Faith is sad. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
