The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, December 11, 2020, ends the week with Billy facing supporters and detractors, Phyllis giving in, and Lola and Rey talk cookies.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
First, Billy (Jason Thompson) fired Amanda (Mishael Morgan) for not being an enthusiastic enough attorney. Then, he went off on Chance (Justin Gaston) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) for not instantly leaping to his side. He expected more from his family! Yeah, even the guy who almost died and his fiance. Don’t Chance and Abby realize that Billy’s word is so much stronger than all of that pesky evidence Chance was actually trained to consider?
At least Lily (Christel Khalil) believes in Billy. She’s the one who suggested they investigate on their own. She’s happy to break all sorts of laws to help Billy prove his innocence. Hey, isn’t Lily still on parole for her own crime? Wouldn’t she get caught committing a crime get her sent back to prison? Oh, well, anything is worth risking for Billy!
Winners Circle
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) thinks she’s won when she decides to sell The Grand Phoenix out from under Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). Nick (Joshua Morrow) thinks he’s won when he finally convinces Phyllis to take a loan from him to buy out Victoria, instead. Phyllis thinks she’s won when Victoria accepts her above-market-value offer.
Victoria, on the other hand, reminds Phyllis that she didn’t win anything – this was all Nick and Victor’s doing. Phyllis couldn’t pull off this win on her own. Phyllis pouts and announces she’s a failure. Also, she wants to be alone. So no sex for Nick! No matter how much money he just gave her!
Cookies
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) and Lola (Sasha Calle) discuss Christmas and his true feelings about her cookies. Because neither one has anything better to do. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
