The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, October 22, 2019, features Nick and Chelsea fretting over Connor, Jill and Cane getting answers about the will, and Jack and Traci questioning Dina about Stuart.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) brought Connor (Judah McKay) to visit Victor (Eric Braeden), who apologizes for playing dead. You know, typical Grandpa/Grandson talk. Chelsea told Victor how Connor is suffering from missing Adam (Mark Grossman). “I feel bad,” Victor intoned.
Meanwhile, Nick (Joshua Morrow) was in Las Vegas trying to convince Adam to come home. He told him about how Connor is picking fights at school, and about how he locked Christian in the garage.
As a result, Nick and Chelsea were rewarding Connor’s behavior by giving him what he wants. “I feel terrible about that,” Adam intoned with about as much feeling as Victor had earlier. He still refused to come back to Genoa City.
Chelsea called Nick in a panic to say that Connor jumped off a jungle gym, and now is in the hospital with a broken arm. No child has ever suffered so!
Forging the Future
Jill (Jess Walton) and Cane (Daniel Goddard) — Esther (Kate Linder) was also there for some reason — met with an expert who authenticated Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) will leaving her money to Cane, not Devon (Bryton James). They decided to tell Devon and see if he’ll respect his grandmother’s wishes.
The Young and the Restless Recap: Into the Past
Jack (Peter Bergman) and Traci (Beth Maitland) read Dina (Marla Adams) her 50-year-old letter to Stuart Brooks. She became agitated and mumbled about some wonderful, terrible night. Then she forgot what they were talking about.
Traci found an old invitation to a senior graduation after-party at the Abbott house. She and Jack assumed that must be the wonderful terrible night Dina was talking about. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
