The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, October 21, 2019, features Cane’s return from Las Vegas as Amanda decided she’s tired of dealing with all this drama. Plus, Adrian tried to join the rich people by chatting up Theo, as Nate and Abby continued breaking up, and Kyle and Summer went house-hunting.
Jill (Jess Walton) told Devon (Bryton James) that Cane (Daniel Goddard) was on his way home with Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) authentic will. Devon didn’t buy it. Amanda (Mishael Morgan) was getting the feeling she’s being used and was sick of being treated like crap because she happens to look like Devon’s late wife. She was ready to leave Genoa City behind.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) caught Adrian chatting up a wealthy woman at a bar and tattled to Lola (Sasha Calle) that Kyle (Michael Mealor) gave him money to stay in town. Lola yelled at Kyle who insisted her dad won’t be hanging around.
Theo (Tyler Johnson) overheard who Adrian was and pumped him for details about Lola, which he then used to try and charm her. Lola tells him not to play head games with her.
Meanwhile, at the office, Summer (Hunter King) caught Kyle looking at real estate websites, focusing on ones with good school zones. Like Abbotts go to public school! She realized Kyle and Lola were thinking about having kids and offered her opinion on properties.
After telling Adrian to get out of town, Kyle came home and showed Lola the houses Summer liked. Because he is obviously a complete idiot.
Nate (Sean Dominic) wanted to give his relationship with Abby (Melissa Ordway) another shot, but then they agreed that he doesn’t like her family’s morals… and Abby insisted she will always defend them. So they’re off… again. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
