The Young and the Restless Recap: A Drunk Nikki Takes It All Off

The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, May 6, 2020, takes us back to June 2, 1990, where Nikki proves to Jack – and Victor – that she’s still got it, Nate and Olivia discuss who they have in common – without knowing it, and Lauren begins her journey to losing Scott.

The Young and the Restless Recap: Private Dancer

It’s a late night at the Collonade Room, where Victor (Eric Braeden) was having dinner with Cassandra (remember her from the episode earlier where Paul was in love with her?), while Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) dined with Jack (Peter Bergman).

When Jack dared compliment the exotic dancer floor show, Nikki fired back that it was a pathetic display. Not like during Nikki’s heyday! Does Jack think just because she’s given birth to two children that she can’t shake it in front of strangers for money anymore? Well, she’ll show him. And she does. It doesn’t hurt that Victor is nearby, either.

Kid Sister Drucilla

Nate (Nathan Purdee) told a disapproving Olivia (Tonya Lee Williams) about the young woman who picked his pocket, and now he’s going to testify to put her in jail. John (Jerry Douglas) and Ashley (Brenda Epperson) were telling Mamie (Veronica Redd) about her niece, Drucilla (Victoria Rowell), who is in jail and it doesn’t look good for her. They’re all talking about the same person, but they don’t know it.

End Of the Road

Lauren (Tracey Bregman) yelled at her husband, Scott (Peter Barton), for not showing up to the surprise birthday party she planned for him. Uhm… it was a surprise. He didn’t know about it. He didn’t know he was expected at home, so he took home a nurse, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown), who wasn’t feeling well. After Scott left, Sheila mumbled about how much she loved him.

Wait till Lauren finds out what Sheila is willing to do to get him! It’s going to make missing a party he didn’t know about seem really insignificant…The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
