Zach Tinker Cait Fairbanks The Young and the Restless
Soaps generate plenty of on-screen romantic duos and more than their fair share of off-screen couples, too. Now, it appears that two young actors from The Young and the Restless are going public with their relationship!
Zach Tinker (ex-Fenmore) and Cait Fairbanks (Tessa) have appeared quite close in some recent social media posts on Tinker’s Instagram account. One appears to show Fairbanks giving Tinker a smooch. Tinker posts “Seems about right.”
A subsequent post shows Tinker with his arm around Fairbanks as they’re sitting on a sofa with them both smiling. In a recent tweet, Tinker wrote: “Find someone who makes you forget about all your problems, and accepts you for who you are. Trust me.”
It sure sounds like he advocates being in a relationship and he and Fairbanks certainly look like a couple in the photographs!

Fairbanks joined YR in March 2017 as Tessa Porter. She’s one of the few characters to come on in the last few years to have survived regime changes. Tinker joined YR last December and played the part briefly before Fenmore left town.
He’s been referenced recently off-camera in Adam’s (Mark Grossman) manipulation of Fenmore’s father Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), Genoa City’s newest district attorney. The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
