Forget Amanda Sinclair’s familiar face on The Young and the Restless. Everyone is supposed to have a double out there somewhere, and now we’ve met Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan).
Let’s move on to who she’s really working for in claiming that Katherine’s (Jeanne Cooper) will was forged and she didn’t mean to leave half her fortune to Devon (Bryton James):
The Young and the Restless: Taking a Chance
Amanda claims she’s working for Jill’s (Jess Walton) grandson, Chance (last played by John Driscoll). Is it possible she might actually be, you know, working for Chance? Yeah, and looking just like Devon’s dead wife is a total coincidence.
What I’m Owed
Could Amanda be working for Jill? Jill and Kay’s relationship was more complicated than any romantic pairing on daytime.
Sure, they’d made amends before Kay’s death, but then there was that whole ring storyline, where Jill found out yet another way in which Kay tried to screw her over. What if she decided she was owed money for her latest pain and suffering. And it needed to come out of Devon’s side of the equation.
Adam Ain’t
Adam (Mark Grossman) has been shoved into nearly every other YR storyline, so why not this one? We already know he and Chance knew each other in Las Vegas. What if they’re either plotting together… or Adam is holding something over Chance’s head to make him do Adam’s bidding. That’s kind of his thing, you know.
The Young and the Restless: Gone But Not Forgotten
And if Devon doesn’t get to keep the money, who does? Why, Cane (Daniel Goddard)! The guy who pretended to be Kay’s stepson… but turned out to be an impostor.
Cane is a con artist. And so is his dad, Colin (Tristan Rogers). Whom Jill just divorced. Well, this is yet another total coincidence, isn’t it? Colin couldn’t possibly be involved! The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
