Chelsea already had her hands full on The Young and the Restless, and that was before Connor decided to drag a half-dead cat home. She’s in love with Nick (Joshua Morrow) — getting him a photo of their future dream home for Christmas — but living with Adam (Mark Grossman) for the benefit of center-of-the-universe Connor (Judah Mackey).
Matters got even more complicated when Nick informed Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) that Adam tried to get Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) to seduce Nick so Adam could get Chelsea back.
On the off chance that Chelsea is allowed to control her own love life, rather than having the men in her life decide it for her, which one should she choose? Here’s what over 5,000 viewers told us:
Like Connor’s endless whining, 55% of the audience voted for Adam and Chelsea. They’re two peas in a pod, both con artists, both schemers, both willing to play doormat for a kid. So why not make a lifestyle out of it.
They can move back to Adam’s mom’s farm, lead a wholesome life… and only torture each other. Connor will get his way. And is there really anything more important than that?
Adam should not be allowed to win, 45% of The Young and the Restless fans counter. He’s been nothing but trouble ever since he came back to Genoa City. He sued Nick for custody of Christian, for Pete’s sake, he deserves to be punished! Nick claiming Chelsea and Connor and making a family with them is just the kick in the teeth Adam deserves.
Because this is all about winning and losing, right? Chelsea is just a prize, and her feelings aren’t nearly as important in this as Nick and Adam’s.
There’s also the fact that Nick may be a periodic bastard. But that’s still better than a regular bastard, like Adam.
