Does it seem like the storylines on The Young and the Restless have been going in circles lately?
Couples break up and get back together and break up and get back together, without much newness. Should there be some newness? We heard from over 3,000 regular viewers:
Billy Abbot (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) = Blilly Wabbott (look at it for a while, it works). And 46% of the audience is curious about where this pairing might lead. Their exes, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cane (Daniel Goddard) have already locked lips, so now it’s their turn.
They’re working together. They’re squabbling, then telling each other how great they are. Where else could this lead but to romance? It’s not a terrible idea… we’re just not sure if it’s a great one yet…
Jack (Peter Bergman) and Jill (Jess Walton) knew each other before she met John (Jerry Douglas). They had sex together before she met John. But they most certainly were not in love with each other before Jill met John – or after.
Is now an interesting time for them to actually give it a try, ponder 41% of The Young and the Restless fans? He’s alone and barely on the canvas, she’s alone and even more rarely on the canvas… it beats the back burner. And it might even be fun!
It was kind of inevitable from the moment Amanda (Mishael Morgan) turned up in Genoa City with the gall to have a face that looked like Hilary.
Devon was furious at her for it! But now he has forgiven her. Because she had a stalker. (What, you don’t see the connection?) And he offered her a job. You know what that means! And 13% of you are even on-board. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
