On The Young and the Restless, Nick is juggling a lot of women these days but he always seems to be doing that, doesn’t he? Maybe Nick has a problem, but we digress.
He’s co-parenting with Sharon (Sharon Case)… though Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) is at boarding school and not thrilled with either of them at the moment. He’s sharing witty banter with — and whining to — Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). And he’s still technically living with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Even though she’s currently living with Adam (Mark Grossman) and their manipulative demon seed. Which one is the best woman for him? What over 5,000 viewers told us:
It’s Sharon, 60% of you sigh. It’s always Sharon. It has always been Sharon, ever since she and Nick (Joshua Morrow) met in high school. No matter how many other people they marry and how many other children they have, they’ll also be endgame. Without, you know, the snap that makes 50% of the population disappear.
Nick is in a relationship with Chelsea, and 18% of The Young and the Restless fans want him to fight to make it work. Adam may not be the one hardcore manipulating her this time around, that’s Connor (Judah Mackey), sniffling about how his mental health depends exclusively on Mommy and Daddy being with him ALL THE TIME. But Nick should be understanding. He’s done extreme things for his kids, too.
An only slightly lower number, 17%, voted for Phyllis. Yeah, she’s pushing real hard, telling Nick that Chelsea isn’t making him a priority, flirting so blatantly it’s amazing she’s not taking off her clothes in the middle of the bar. But Nick should be able to ignore her.
And, if he can’t… we know this story ends. They have a lot of hot, fiery sex… and then one of them cheats on the other, or one of them does something that makes the other stomp out. This never works. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
