Love makes the world go around, and that includes The Young and the Restless. Nothing brings families together – or fans back to TV shows that have been off the air for months – like a wedding. The only question is: Whose wedding should it be?
To remind people that they exist, 41% of the audience wants to see Devon (Bryton James) and Elena (Brytni Sarpy) be the first to walk down the aisle once the show returns. There’s no reason not to. They love each other. Devon has his money back. Elena has her clinic up and running. There are no third parties. Why not get married? They’ve got nothing better to do.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) has been a rock for Sharon (Sharon Case) during her breast cancer treatments. And 36% want them to get married. If only so that Rey will be the one in charge of making Sharon’s health decisions in case she’s not able to. Because, otherwise, you know Nick (Joshua Morrow) will insist on doing it.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) has been gazing adoringly at Adam (Mark Grossman) ever since New Year’s Eve when they decided they belonged together because… they brought Connor’s (Judah Mackey) halfway dead cat back to life? Yeah, we’re not sure, either.
But Chelsea has decided that the man she once feared is actually the guy for her. So, go ahead, make it legal, 14% urge. That way, you can be held responsible for whatever inevitable horrible thing Adam does next.
Is Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) divorce final yet? Has he even seen a lawyer? He’s been married twice in the past two years. Maybe that’s why only 9% of you voted for this couple to be next to wed. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
