The Young and the Restless Poll Results: Should The Vegas Secret Leave Vegas?

Even on The Young and the Restless, what happens in Vegas should stay in Vegas. Unless it’s actually something interesting. Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chance (Donny Boaz) have a secret. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) found out about it and used it to blackmail Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) out of The Grand Phoenix. Stand by your men and all that.

But a soap opera secret is only worth something if it comes out… eventually. Is now the time for what Adam and Chance did in Las Vegas to be exposed to all? Here’s what almost 2,000 fans said:

Spill it, 74% of you are ordering. It’s not like Adam and Chance have anything else interesting going on. Adam just found out he’s a killer – and that he won’t be getting the CEO job at Newman Enterprises, after all. And Chance just… had sex with Abby. Again.

Wouldn’t it be awesome if both were forced to face their past actions, Adam the bad guy and Chance the saint? Good people do bad things. Then hide behind bad people. And bad people do bad things. And hide behind good people… and allegedly good reasons.

Zip It Up

A smaller 26% didn’t find Adam and Chance’s secret that compelling the first time around. So they certainly see no reason to dredge it up again. Let’s just move on, and forget how someone we didn’t know or care about was killed in Vegas by Adam and Chance, who we didn’t know much about then, or care much about now.
