The Young and the Restless star Lauralee Bell sadly said goodbye to her beloved dog Bo, not long after losing her dog Couver.
The actress behind Christine took to her Instagram account to tell her fans the somber news and pay tribute to her family’s beloved pet.
“I’ve waited a few days to post this because I wanted to keep things positive with the excitement of the Emmys plus this was very hard but so many of you have been so sweet and loving where our dogs are concerned so I needed to explain what has happened,” she wrote alongside photos of Bo. “I never would’ve thought when I took this picture the first week of May that Bo (right) wouldn’t be here now.”
Sadly, it was only two months ago when Bell had to deal with the loss of another family pet, her dog Couver.
“We had just lost his older brother Couver then this last month seizures and a stroke came out of nowhere for him,” she explained. “Hoping he found his brother over the rainbow bridge (a term l learned from my animal lovers out there as I had never heard that comforting visual).”
The Instagram photos show Bo with his twin, Chelsea, and Bell noted she loved seeing the two siblings together.
“On a so grateful for him note, thank you Bo (the BoBo, Mr. Bo, my little guy) for all the joy you’ve brought to us,” Bell said. “Stay close as your twin & sidekick Chelsea here needs to feel you around us. I will always miss my morning gift of that look in photo #2 that you gave so often! RIP ❤. We can’t believe you’re gone! Photo #3 is how they naturally were, always laying by and on each other, needing the other near!”
Among those sending condolences were YR castmates Christian Le Blanc (Michael), Eileen Davidson (Ashley), Michelle Stafford (Phyllis), Kate Linder (Esther), and Tracey Bregman (Lauren).
While Chris hasn’t been seen much lately on the Genoa City canvas, this week’s YR classic episodes are all dedicated to her romance with Paul (Doug Davidson). Soap Hub sends condolences to the actress and her family on the loss of her beloved Bo. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
