Soap opera stories either crawl or fly by, meaning that sometimes we have to miss big developments. Never fear, Soap Hub is here to fill you in on what you missed last week on The Young and the Restless.
The Terrible Twosome
After swiping Nate’s (Sean Dominic) hospital laptop, Adam (Mark Grossman) summoned Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) to his penthouse. Once she arrived he asked her to hack the computer and retrieve all of Victor’s medical information especially the medications he has been prescribed. When ol’ Red wondered what would be in it for her Adam said he would owe her a big favor.
The Open Road
A weary, lovelorn and fed up Jack (Peter Bergman) encountered Victor (Eric Braeden) at Society. Over drinks, the Abbot heir asked Victor what he would do when he felt that his life was lacking that special something. Victor’s response was they he would simply get away from it all.
This spurred Jack into packing his bags, establish Kyle (Michael Mealor) as the interim CEO of Jabot and hitting the open road with the spirit of his late father (Young) John as his traveling companion.
Misery
Billy (Jason Thompson) awoke inside the Chancellor boathouse dazed and confused with little recollection of his actions or whereabouts since his Adam bashing conversation with Chloe days before.
Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) explained the circumstances of his current state but Billy found it hard to believe that he had tried to kill Adam and then blocked the incident from his memory.

Devon was worried about his status as Katherine’s heir apparent since he received a letter from an attorney, Amber Sinclair, telling him that not only are there discrepancies in la Chancellor’s will but that someone is contesting the document’s contents.
When Jill (Jess Walton) arrived for a visit she confessed that Chance had sent her a text message saying that he was working on a project that would prove very “lucrative.” Devon is sure that Chance is the mystery person mentioned in Miss Sinclair’s letter.
Poison
Adam managed to find someone with the expertise to recreate Victor’s medication — down to last detail — but actually double the dosage within.
The drug’s creator warned that larger dose would increase a person’s side effects including dizziness, shortness of breath and drops in blood pressure.
On the pretense of asking for a second chance, Adam arrived at the ranch and switched the prescription bottles. The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
