Are any favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the near future?
Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring or day player roles?
Are any well remembered or beloved stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join The Young and the Restless fold in surprise new parts?
Here’s the latest casting news from the CBS soap.
The week of November 19, 2018
There’s a new Fen, as in Fenmore Baldwin, heading to Genoa City. Zach Tinker is taking over the role of Lauren (Tracey Bregman) and Michael’s (Christian LeBlanc) son. The character was last seen in May of 2015 and has been attending Arizona State College.
Max Ehrich, who previously played the part, was asked back, but was unable to return for personal reasons. Look for Tinker to begin airing next month.
Devon’s (Bryton James) little sister is all grown up and slated to return to the canvas. Loren Lott will be taking over the role of Ana Hamilton, later this month. The character was originated by Jamia Simone Nash and last appeared on screen in 2012.
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for air times.
