The week of August 13, 2018
Jordi Vilasuso (ex-Dario, Days of Our Lives; ex-Griffin, All My Children; ex-Tony, Guiding Light) is back on the daytime scene on Friday, August 17, when he makes his debut as Rey. The character is being described as a mysterious new stranger in Genoa City.

The soap has put out a casting call for an African-American actress in her thirties to portray Candace. The character is said to be super smart and confident, not to mention a powerful executive with background science.

She’s also single, yet not opposed to finding a serious relationship. It’s a series regular role and set to begin filming in late August.

The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
