Their characters don’t always get along on The Young and the Restless, but off-screen, Camryn Grimes can’t stop raving about how much she loves working with Mishael Morgan… even when the scenes are emotionally packed!
Grimes tweeted out yesterday that she and Morgan had trouble getting through rehearsals of the demanding episode in which Grimes’ character, Mariah, learned that her often-frustrating co-host of The Hilary Hour was in a car accident that took the life of her unborn child.
Mariah and Hilary, Morgan’s character, often sparred at work. The pair would frequently try to undermine each other. And Mariah’s short-term relationship with Devon (Bryton James) didn’t help matters!
Earlier this year, both actresses were nominated at the Daytime Emmys for Outstanding Younger Leading Actress in a Drama Series for their work on Y&R. Grimes took home the gold in the competitive category.
