Soap opera stories either crawl or fly by, meaning that sometimes we have to miss big developments. Never fear, Soap Hub is here to fill you in on what you missed last week on The Young and the Restless.

Playing Dirty
It wasn’t enough for Adam (Mark Grossman) to blackmail Michael (Christian LeBlanc) into stepping down as Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) lawyer. Oh no! He also timed the release of the video showing Nick in his J.T. Hellstrom mask to coincide with Christian’s custody hearing. But playing dirty backfired in Adam’s smug face — although it didn’t do Nick any favors either.

New Custodian
In fact, the video and the incessant arguing between the two brothers convinced the judge that Christian should live with neither father. Instead, a new guardian would be chosen to raise the boy for the next six months and the two men would have supervised visitation only.

Adam convinced Sharon (Sharon Case) to throw her hat into the ring and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) agreed to Nick’s request to but her name forward. In the end, the judge decided that Victoria and Billy (Jason Thompson) would provide the most stable environment for the boy.

Vindictiveness
After overhearing Kyle (Michael Mealor) refer to him and his lifestyle as shallow and unfulfilling, a vindictive Theo told Celeste (Eva LaRue) all the dirty details about her future son-in-law and his heiress ex.

Mama Rosales was shocked to learn that Kyle and Summer had gotten married and that Summer (Hunter King) had donated part of her liver to Lola (Sasha Calle). Celeste didn’t even know that Lola was in the hospital!

Coincidence Or Communication?
Billy continued having terrifying nightmares about Delia and he was convinced she was trying to send him a message from beyond the grave. He even found Adam’s name written on the wall after dreaming about his daughter putting it there.

He talked to Sharon about …continue reading on the next page —>

He talked to Sharon about his confusion and admitted that he actually took out a gun and contemplated using it on Adam. Later, he visited Delia’s grave but was horrified when he could clearly hear his little girl talking back to him.

Shey Call It Quits
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) had enough of Sharon constantly giving in to Adam. And her agreement to act as Christian’s guardian proved to be the straw that breaks this camel’s back.

Rey told Sharon in no uncertain terms that they were through and not even Sharon’s attempts to stop him with kisses was enough to keep Rey from walking out the door. The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
