Thanks to the genius that is D.A. Michael Baldwin, Chloe was now a free woman and Kevin thinks thought it was a good idea to reintegrate her into Genoa City society — a doped up and clearly mentally unstable Billy notwithstanding. They made their “debut” at Crimson Lights and ran into Chelsea.
