Ever since JT returned to The Young and the Restless (YR) – and Victoria – he’s been unhappy about… something.
Whether it’s how she’s disciplining Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu), how Cane (Daniel Goddard) is treating him at work, how Victor (Eric Braeden) is treating him at the work Victoria gave JT after he pouted about Cane, how Billy (Jason Thompson) is disrespecting him, how his wife wants a divorce, etc… etc… etc…
And while JT (Thad Luckinbill) is well within his rights to be unhappy regarding how Victoria (Amelia Heinle) set him up to back up her plan with Jack (Peter Bergman) to get rid of Ashley (Eileen Davidson), his temper tantrums about all of Victoria’s flaws began before he found out she was lying to him.
Should Victoria stand up to JT about his behavior? Almost 9000 of you voted on whether this relationship can – and should – be saved.
You Go, Girl!
JT can be mad about the deception, 85% of you parse, but telling Victoria that she works too much, and blowing up because she called Mac without running it by him first is too much.
And then there’s the way JT just walked off when Victoria asked if he was going to leave her, without offering a straight answer. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, and Victoria has every right to tell JT so.
Keep Cool
JT is justifiably angry right now, remind a dissenting 14%. Now is not the time to get your back up. The guy is clearly going through something – those pills he was taking for his heart suggest a lot of stress.
And if Victoria wants their relationship to survive, she needs to meet JT halfway, not push too hard. Besides, let’s not forget the part where she is actually in the wrong. And having Victor mock JT about it didn’t help.
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
