Y&R Spoilers Weekly Recap
This week, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) broke up. She just couldn’t abide by his plan. However, Nate and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) bonded over being ruthless and business-minded, and he vowed to move forward with his plan to sell out Chancellor-Winters to Newman Enterprises.
Victoria was in an upsetting personal situation despite her business success. She and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) told Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) was his biological mother. He wasn’t thrilled to find out that information, and Victoria was furious that she’d agreed to tell him. Meanwhile, Johnny’s rejection left Chelsea heartbroken.
Elsewhere, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) was flat out convinced that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) slept together. He asked them both several times and didn’t get a straight answer until Sally finally admitted it shortly before she and Nick started on round three.
Finally, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) misread things with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and kissed him. Oops. He was willing to wipe the slate clean, but he was not feeling romantic.
The Young and the Restless Week Ahead
Coming up, you’ll see Jack protecting his family against an unexpected danger. Will it have something to do with Diane and her new mystery visitor? We think that’s likely. In that same vein, Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) has a shocking encounter, which could also be connected.
Also, look for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to get caught scheming against Diane, but all is not lost. Before the end of the week, Nikki ends up finding some dirt on her nemesis from an unexpected source — again, it seems like it could all be related. Be sure to check out the daily breakdown below.
