Y&R spoilers weekly update for July 18 – 22, 2022, tease the week ahead is full of an alliance and a surprising confession. Tune in next week so you can catch all of the action in Genoa City!
Y&R Spoilers Weekly Recap
This week hell froze over in Genoa City when Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) agreed on something — they both wanted Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) out of town. Of course, Summer Abbott (Allison Lanier) was less than thrilled by that revelation. Even so, it looked like Nikki and Phyllis might be primed to team up…again.
Plus, Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) returned, and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) didn’t seem to think he was a threat, but Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) did. Ultimately, Ashland broke his restraining order and talked to Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) at Chancellor Park, which probably means bad things for him, and Diane helped tip off the Newmans and the Abbotts to his misdeed.
Also, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) held onto her job by the skin of her teeth, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) worked to try to ensure Sally kept the job, and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) ended up being a surprising ally for the former fashion designer. Plus, Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) had a big week both professionally and personally with her new job at Jabot and her first real date with Noah Newman (Rory Gibson).
The Young and the Restless Week Ahead
Coming up next week, look for Nikki to form an alliance, and it’s probably going to be with Phyllis and perhaps Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) sister Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). Speaking of Phyllis, she’ll begin plotting her revenge. Will it be against Diane or Jack or both of them? Tough to tell with Phyllis. Of course, before the week is over, Ashley will clash with Phyllis, which should surprise nobody.
Elsewhere, newlywed Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will be a surprising confession. Will it be to Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes)? Will it be about her medical issues or her career? Time will tell. Check out the daily breakdown below.
